Custom Glass Perfume Bottle With Screw Cap Manufacturer & Products

Strategic Engineering & Macro Industry Solutions

Analyzing the global shift towards high-performance glass packaging and circular luxury economies.

Global Fragrance Market Dynamics

The global perfume industry is experiencing an unprecedented structural transition. Brands are rapidly shifting away from conventional, single-use crimped pump collars toward highly sustainable, refillable screw-neck systems (GPI/GCMI standards). This evolution is catalyzed by international green regulations, particularly in the EU and North America, designed to promote packaging reusability and cut carbon footprints. A custom screw-cap design enables the end consumer to seamlessly refill the bottle or recycle its individual components, making it a pivotal asset in eco-luxe branding.

Refillable Screw-Cap Physics

Designing a leakage-free perfume bottle requires managing tolerances down to tenths of a millimeter. Standard crimp necks rely on compressed metal sleeves to force a seal, whereas screw-neck configurations require precise thread matching. Thread pitches such as GPI 15/415 or GCMI 18/400 must align with high-durability caps featuring internal liners (e.g., PVDC, Teflon, or Surlyn). This architecture ensures an airtight, hermetic seal, preventing volatile compound evaporation and preserving olfactory integrity over multi-year product lifespans.

Advanced Decoration Technologies

Lecos Glass leverages advanced post-processing to align custom glass products with luxury design DNAs. Our processes include precision acid-frosting, physical vapor deposition (PVD) metallization, high-firing ceramic screen printing, and organic thermal coating. These surface engineering options allow brands to create unique visual and tactile experiences while maintaining structural integrity. Crucially, our screw-cap threads are shielded during surface spray applications to ensure seamless closure torque compatibility.

Engineering Specifications & Technical Roadmap

Explore the physical parameters and materials science that define Lecos Glass high-performance products.

Screw Thread Precision & Standards

We work with international thread finishes including GPI (Glass Packaging Institute) and GCMI (Glass Container Manufacturers Institute) standards. Custom glass bottles are engineered to match closure finishes including 13/415, 15/415, 18/400, and 24/410. Our CNC machined molds control thread dimensions down to ±0.15mm, preventing mechanical mismatching and cap slipping during automatic line capping.

Additionally, we conduct real-world torque compatibility testing to verify the target sealing pressure. This ensures that brand owners can use standard capping machinery without risk of glass fractures or cap stress cracking.

Chemical & Thermal Properties

Lecos Glass containers are made with high-clarity soda-lime-silica glass (Type III glass according to USP classifications). Our material offers exceptional hydrolytic resistance, preventing alkali ions from leaching into the perfume formulation. This preserves delicate top notes from oxidation and degradation caused by pH shifts.

Thermal stability is verified via continuous automated testing. The glass accommodates a thermal shock delta (ΔT) of at least 42°C, meaning it can transition between extreme shipping temperatures without fracturing.

Global Compliance & Regional Logistic Support

Shipping custom glass containers internationally requires compliance with environmental, chemical, and physical safety regulations. Lecos Glass supports brands in European, North American, and Asian jurisdictions by providing the certification paperwork required for fast customs clearance.

Chemical & Heavy Metal Compliance

Our formulations are regularly audited to ensure they comply with California Proposition 65, CONEG, and the EU REACH directive regarding heavy metal contamination (Lead, Cadmium, Hexavalent Chromium, and Mercury below 100 ppm total).

ISTA 3A Drop & Pressure Validation

To prevent transit failures, all export cases undergo ISTA 3A structural tests. We also conduct vacuum testing (ASTM D4991) to guarantee our screw-cap packages hold pressure differences without leaking during air shipping.

Bespoke Custom Clearing Services

We issue Certificates of Analysis (COA), Certificates of Conformance (COC), and Country of Origin (Form A/Form E) documents to streamline importing and keep deliveries on schedule.

Technical FAQ & Integration Guide

In-depth responses to key engineering, regulatory, and purchasing questions from international fragrance companies.

What are your baseline wholesale prices and cost structures? +
Our prices are subject to change depending on supply, raw material variables, and other macroeconomic market factors. We build customized quotation models based on your order volume, mold requirements, and post-processing treatments. We will send you an updated price list after your company contacts us with specific packaging requirements.
Do you enforce a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? +
Yes, we require all international orders to have an ongoing minimum order quantity. For standard clear glass runs, the MOQ typically ranges between 10,000 to 20,000 units. For fully customized glass molds, the MOQ is 30,000 units. If you are looking to resell or conduct market tests in much smaller quantities, please contact our support team to discuss our available in-stock catalog.
Can you supply the relevant compliance and quality documentation? +
Yes. We provide complete documentation packages, including Certificates of Analysis (COA) for glass composition, Certificates of Conformance (COC) for dimensions, Heavy Metal Free certifications (REACH, CONEG, Proposition 65), and export paperwork like Origin declarations and custom shipping documents.
What is the typical lead time for prototype samples and mass production? +
For custom prototypes, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production runs, the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving your deposit payment. Lead times become active when (1) we receive your deposit, and (2) we receive your final technical approval for the container design. If our production schedule does not align with your product launch deadline, please contact our sales team to arrange expedited production.
What kinds of payment methods do you accept? +
We accept bank wire transfers (T/T), Western Union, or PayPal. Our standard commercial terms are a 30% deposit in advance to initiate production, with the remaining 70% balance payable against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
What guarantees do you offer for material quality and workmanship? +
We warranty our materials and workmanship. Our commitment is to ensure you are satisfied with our products. Regardless of warranty status, it is our company policy to address and resolve all quality concerns—such as surface anomalies or thread misalignment—to the satisfaction of all parties.
Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products? +
Yes, we use heavy-duty export corrugated boxes and plastic film-wrapped pallets. For volatile materials or dangerous components, we use specialized hazard packaging. We also use validated shipping materials for temperature-sensitive items to ensure your products arrive in pristine condition.
How do you calculate shipping fees? +
Shipping fees vary based on the shipping method you select. Air courier express is the fastest but most expensive option, whereas ocean freight is the most cost-effective solution for bulk shipments. We provide final freight rates once we know the total volume, weight, and delivery destination of your order.
