Consistency is Key: Our business operates on a rock-solid foundation of corporate ethics, social responsibility, and universal environmental values. We actively reduce our carbon footprint through circular packaging models, high thermal efficiency furnaces, and PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) glass integration. By maintaining strict compliance with international labor and environmental standards, we guarantee that our supply chains remain safe, sustainable, and reliable.

Advanced Cosmetic Glass Manufacturing Technology

Under the Hood: Material Chemistry, Protective Coatings, and Global Compliance Standards

1. Material Chemistry & Formulation Protection

Cosmetic glass containers must act as chemically inert barrier shields. Our formulas utilize premium Soda-Lime Glass (Type III) and Borosilicate Glass (Type I), offering superior hydrolytic resistance compared to low-grade plastics. This prevents chemical leaching, volatile monomer absorption, and physical degradation when exposed to harsh solvents like ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, and acetone found in nail lacquers and organic essential oils.

2. UV Radiation Mitigation & Opaque Barrier Engineering

For UV/LED-curable gel polishes and photo-sensitive active skincare ingredients (such as Vitamin C, Retinol, and Botanical Extracts), standard transparent glass is insufficient. We apply advanced UV-blocking amber iron-oxide glass bases or full exterior UV-opaque polyurethane spray coatings. This completely prevents premature polymerization, oxidation, and ingredient degradation across the 200nm to 400nm wavelengths.

3. Structural Uniformity & GPI Thread Standards

Uneven glass distribution causes structural failure under pressure. Our production lines use state-of-the-art automatic Double-Gob IS (Individual Section) forming machines and infrared thickness inspection systems. This ensures a consistent, high-impact glass wall profile. All neck finishes are manufactured strictly to GPI (Glass Packaging Institute) and DIN specifications, guaranteeing zero leakage and perfect compatibility with standard caps, brushes, and pumps.

China Factory Supply Chain & Cost Advantages

By concentrating our production facilities in China's key industrial glass manufacturing hubs, Lecospack leverages high-density upstream raw material access (high-purity silica sand, soda ash, and limestone) alongside integrated decoration and finishing shops. This localized integration drastically reduces transit times and transport hazards while keeping costs highly competitive. Brands sourcing globally gain access to high-end custom molding, automated high-throughput manufacturing, and low-cost decoration techniques all within a unified production workflow.

Global Regulatory Compliance & Material Certification

Cosmetic products are subject to stringent regulations. Our glass containers and accessories conform to the highest global standards, ensuring zero regulatory hurdles for brands entering new geographical zones:

  • FDA & REACH Compliance: Certified chemical inertness with zero lead, mercury, or harmful cadmium leaching into formulations.
  • Heavy Metal Compliance (CONEG / EU 94/62/EC): Combined heavy metal concentrations in our glass remain well under 100 ppm, conforming to strict EU packaging waste legislation.
  • BPA-Free Materials: All standard droppers, inner plastic plugs, brush rods, and pump components are constructed from high-grade BPA-free materials like PP, PE, and chemical-resistant NBR rubber.

Frequently Asked Questions

Technical Answers to Global Sourcing, Quality Standards, and Product Customization Questions

What are your prices?
Our prices are subject to change depending on supply, raw material fluctuations, and other market factors. We will send you an updated price list after your company contacts us with specific product specifications, quantities, and customization requirements.
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes, we require all international orders to have an ongoing minimum order quantity. For standard bottles and jars in stock, our MOQ is generally 10,000 units. For custom moldings or unique color runs, the MOQ typically ranges between 20,000 and 50,000 units depending on the size and complexity of the design. If you are looking to resell in smaller quantities, please contact our sales team to discuss alternative options.
Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes, we can provide comprehensive technical and export documentation, including Certificates of Analysis / Conformance (COA); Heavy Metal Analysis reports (conforming to CONEG and EU 94/62/EC specifications); REACH compliance certifications; Insurance policies; Country of Origin documentation, and standard export declaration paperwork.
What is the average lead time for production?
For physical samples, the average lead time is about 7 days. For mass production runs, the lead time is approximately 20-30 days after receiving your deposit payment. Lead times become effective when: (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final signed approval on physical product proofs. If our standard timeline does not align with your market launch dates, please discuss your requirements with your sales agent. We will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs.
What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank telegraphic transfers (T/T), Western Union, and PayPal. Our standard payment terms are: 30% deposit in advance to initiate production, and the remaining 70% balance settled against the presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy.
What is your product quality warranty?
We warrant both our manufacturing materials and craftsmanship. Our absolute commitment is to ensure you are fully satisfied with our packaging systems. Whether inside the formal warranty period or outside of it, our corporate culture is centered around addressing and resolving all client issues to complete satisfaction.
Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?
Yes, we exclusively utilize heavy-duty export-standard packaging. Every layer of glass bottles or jars is separated by protective grid dividers on plastic or wooden pallets, wrapped in heavy-grade shrink film to prevent movement during transit. We also utilize specialized packaging for dangerous goods and validated cold-storage shippers when handling temperature-sensitive cargo.
How about the shipping fees?
Shipping fees vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Express delivery is the fastest but most expensive option, and is best suited for small sample packages. For volume shipments, sea freight is the most cost-effective solution. Precise freight quotes can only be calculated once we have confirmed shipment volumes, weights, and delivery modes. Please contact our team for a personalized shipping quote.
Why is glass preferred over plastic for nail polish and essential oils?
Nail lacquers and essential oils contain active organic solvents (like ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, or essential oil compounds) that can dissolve, warp, or react with plastic packaging (such as PET or PP). Glass is a completely inert material that does not react with these solvents, ensuring product formula purity and preventing leakage, evaporation, and product deterioration over time.
How do you ensure nail polish bottles block UV light for gel formulas?
Gel nail polishes contain light-sensitive photoinitiators that cure when exposed to UV/LED light. To prevent the gel polish from hardening inside the bottle, we apply thick, opaque coatings to the exterior of the glass using advanced spray-lacquering, electroplating, or high-performance shrink wraps. This completely blocks ambient UV and visible light wavelengths.
