Lecospack provides professional glass cosmetic packaging solutions to the world wide customers. With years of experience in the field, we are capable of providing innovative, stable quality and cost effectively packaging according to the customers’ DNA. Every batch conforms to rigorous dimensional tolerances and structural standards.
We utilize state-of-the-art automatic inspection systems to filter optical and structural anomalies down to parts-per-million levels.
Direct-from-source manufacturing paired with optimized regional logistics channels allows us to keep standard pricing competitive.
From 3D digital prototyping to international customs clearance, our technical consultants guide you at every stage.
Precision sealing systems are vital to preserving the chemical stability of cosmetics, botanicals, and therapeutics. Below is an engineering overview of our material compositions, closure mechanics, and design philosophies.
Not all glass is created equal. Our factories process raw materials (silica sand, soda ash, limestone) at high furnace temperatures (above 1500°C) to yield different classifications of glass properties:
Our formulation engineering minimizes heavy metal migration, ensuring full compliance with international standards such as US FDA, EU REACH, and heavy metal limit directives.
The closure dictates the preservation performance of the container. We offer custom-designed closures incorporating:
Up to 50% Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) glass blends with standard formulations to dramatically lower carbon output without compromising glass clarity.
Modular glass jars paired with removable interior cups and recyclable PP/PET closures, supporting circular economy initiatives.
Integrating NFC or micro-RFID tags directly within the closure structure to verify authenticity and track supply chain transit.
Why international global brands partner with Chinese manufacturing hubs for glass container integration.
Our facilities manage everything from mold design and melting furnaces to advanced decoration methods (frosting, electroplating, spraying, decal, and silkscreen). This limits multi-tier vendor risk and minimizes lead times.
With automated glass bottle blowing and pressing lines, our production capability scales smoothly from low-volume custom batches to massive millions-unit runs for mass-market product launches.
Located near global shipping ports, our warehouses allow for optimized shipping routes, lower domestic handling costs, and reliable customs processing with pre-validated documentation.
Our glass bottles and custom closures are developed to meet the performance criteria of various industries.
Jars and dropper assemblies engineered to house acidic, alkaline, or oil-based formulas. Zero chemical leaching protects active components from degradation.
High clarity cosmetic-grade glass features thick base profiles, matching metallic over-caps, and leak-proof atomizers to preserve the top notes of fragrances.
Standard amber and cobalt blue bottles with tamper-evident, child-resistant droppers shield botanical oils from UV radiation and degradation.
For chemical and therapeutic products requiring precise dosage delivery, our droppers use specialized NBR/Silicone bulbs, borosilicate glass pipettes, and child-resistant packaging (CR) options. The glass is treated internally to maximize hydrolytic resistance, making it suitable for volatile botanical extracts and diagnostic reagents.
Compliance Standard: ISO 8317 (Child-Resistant Packaging) and US 16 CFR § 1700.20 certified manufacturing protocols.
