Lecos
In the modern landscape of high-performance analytics, chromatography, and diagnostics, precision is not just a standard—it is a baseline requirement. The 1.5 mL glass vial (often standardizing around the nominal 2 mL capacity in standard autosamplers) serves as the lifeblood of laboratory diagnostics, biotechnology research, pharmaceutical stability testing, and high-end cosmetic assays. These micro-vials are critical in protecting highly volatile analytes and expensive chemical formulations from external cross-contamination and hydrolytic leaching.
Globally, the market for 1.5 mL vials has transitioned from a basic laboratory commodity to a highly engineered system. Advancements in Type I Borosilicate 3.3 and 5.0 expansion glass have ensured that issues such as chemical leaching, septa degradation, and dimensional deviations are minimized. As diagnostic laboratories implement automated High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) autosamplers, the demand for vials with uniform dimensions, micro-level structural tolerance, and optimized neck geometry has reached unprecedented levels.
Utilizing premium Class A USP Type I borosilicate glass prevents the alteration of sample pH values, ensuring clean chromatogram readouts and elimination of "ghost peaks."
Offering integrated glass micro-inserts (down to 100 µL usable capacity) directly inside the 1.5 mL footprint for low-volume sample extractions without loss.
Engineered with specialized screw-thread (9-425) or crimp finishes that guarantee seamless sealing and eliminate evaporate-loss failures.
Our manufacturing capacity operates under strict ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 (Medical Device Quality Management System) standards. By merging mechanical automation with digital optical inspection, our production yields reflect the pinnacle of reliability required by tier-one pharmaceutical brands and diagnostic companies.

At Lecospack, our operation centers around three primary pillars that guarantee business continuity and risk reduction for global procurement managers:
Rigorous dimensional control, stress-resistance checking, and surface inertness audits ensure that every single glass vial is structurally sound and chemically stable.
Through supply chain vertical integration and Factory 4.0 automation, we optimize material waste and pass directly on to our partners the cost efficiency of bulk manufacturing.
A proactive customer support network offering rapid technical consultation, custom-mold planning, sample provisions, and end-to-end logistics tracking.
Our company is built on a solid foundation of deeply held values that set us apart, steer our actions, and infuse every aspect of our corporate culture. These values are not just words; they are the principles that guide how we operate daily. Central to our business practices is our unwavering commitment to social responsibility, adherence to ethical standards, and steadfast support for universal human rights.
We are dedicated to protecting the environment by reducing carbon emissions in glass firing processes, utilizing post-consumer recycled (PCR) glass when requested, and minimizing wastewater output. We support creativity and innovation, celebrating the richness of diversity, and treating our employees with the utmost respect and care. By upholding these values, we ensure that Lecospack remains a responsible, ethical, and inspiring business partner for global enterprises.

The global laboratory and cosmetic supply chain has faced major challenges over the past few years. In response, China's advanced manufacturing hubs have evolved through Factory 4.0 modernization. This transition means integrating high-definition vision systems, intelligent automated raw material mixing, and real-time annealing temperature feedback controls.
For buyers of 1.5 mL glass vials, this translates into unmatched physical uniformity. Autosamplers require micro-vials to have a thread diameter variance of less than 0.1 mm to avoid needle breakage. By shifting away from manual monitoring to AI-assisted infrared scanning of hot-end glass tubing, our production line dynamically recalibrates parameters mid-run. Furthermore, our post-processing capabilities—including frosting, customized silkscreen printing, precision electroplating, and chemical stabilization—give brands the ability to source both standard laboratory consumables and bespoke high-end cosmetic packaging from a single, resilient supply node.
